Since the Centre’s inception, we realized that it was necessary to offer entrepreneurs a support service adapted to their needs. All evidence points to business mentoring, which is a service that gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet a reliable person who understands their issues and has the experience to help them overcome these situations.
On a voluntary basis, mentors provide knowledge, they lend an ear and they give precious advice. Consequently, entrepreneur avoid making little mistakes. The success of our mentoring program has exceeded our initial hopes and expectations. Furthermore, it greatly promotes entrepreneurship in the Eastern Townships.
